General selling conditions: The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events

1. Ordering Tickets from us, you accept our general conditions.The sale of Tickets for : The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events (on Saturday, March 7th 2026) is done via Internet by: (tickets) and by personal invitation only.

   The organizer reserves the right, to decline a Ticket order from guests, which have not been invited, without notice for any reason. Rejected Customers will receive a written notification by email, sms, whatsapp or by post.

2. Orders of Entrance Tickets to the The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events – *The Champagne Dinner Show* on Saturday 7th, March 2026 through www.diplomacylounge.events or www.diplomacylounge.com are binding for Customers. Upon receipt of a confirmation through The Diplomacy Lounge, the sale is concluded and the existing *Terms and Conditions of The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events* are accepted in full.
3. The Customer agrees to deposit the demanded amount, CHF 399.00 number of Guest 1 under instructions/specifications of the Booking number, within 5 Weekdays or 3 Working days from the order date. In case of missing payment, it will be assumed that the customer makes use of his withdrawal right.These tickets will without question be brought back for resale.
4. The shipment of Entrance Tickets is made exclusively after payment of the invoice in electronic forms.
5. The cancellation of a Ticket order has to be made in written form through our contact form or by email 14 days before the event date. A refund of purchased Tickets is not possible. The organizer is pleased to assist in the distribution of tickets.The Diplomacy Lounge will not honor tickets sold by third parties or scalpers, and will not service support, or honnor any tickets obtained from any source other than The Diplomacy Lounge.The resale attempted resal, or purchase of your ticket at a price higher than the official purchase price as listed on The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events website is grounds for seizure and cancellation of said ticket without compensation.
6. The purchase of tickets and the attendance at the event, for persons under 21 years, is not permitted.Alcohol abuse may cause health problem.Drink with moderation.Please enjoy responsibly !
7. The sale of Entrance tickets for The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events is limited, it is a private event. If you suspect improper /abusive / fraudulent purchases, the organizer reserves the right to cancel ticket orders.Behavior that adversely affects any other party`s enjoyment of the Event. or is determined by the Event management to be unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate, will result in ejection from the Event with no refund.If you fail to comply with such terms and conditions, you will be removed from the Event site.
8. For legal reasons, it is not permitted, to include the spirituous beverages in the ticket price. Such drinks will be provided at own expense.The exclusive “Champagne Dinner Show” comprises all under the ticket price. “Or” (All food, champagnes, waters and shows are included in the ticket price.)
9. By attending The Diplomacy Lounge Events, you understand, agree, and acknowledge that (1) you may be photographed and filmed, and (2) you hereby provide The Diplomacy Lounge with your absolute, express consent to be photographed and filmed.Your further understand and agree that these images and/or recordings can be registered, stored, transmitted, broadcast/streamed, rebroadcast, and sold for archival, promotional, and/or commercial purposes, in any manner, and in any media, now known or hereafter discovered, without any compensation to you.Your name, image, and/or your likeness may be captured as part of and/or used in connection with any broadcast/stream, audio, visual, or audio-visual recording. photograph, or other reproduction or other publication of the Event (the “footage”)and may also be used by or on behalf of The Diplomacy Lounge or any of The Diplomacy Lounge affiliates, partners, sponsors, specials guests, trustees, officers, lincesees, successors, or assigns for any purpose, including but not limited to, archival, promotional, and commercial purposes, without any compensation to You.You waive all other rights in and to the footage, including, but not limited to, all claims of so-called moral rights. each guest authorizes the organiser company, to use their image, taken with any photographic or video devices.All videos and pictures content captured of the Event is the exclusive intellectual property of The Diplomacy Lounge ® and is protected under applicable copyright laws as unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Personal data is handled in accordance with the legislation for personal data protection, so that they are not going to be sold nor transmitted to a third part for advertising or for another use. In the event of an authorization application, theoretically, in case of a credit card payment, your banking details will be passed only in an encoded shape. Our customers can be informed about our news, promotions, activities through our electronic informational bulletins (News Letters). This service provision is free and can be cancelled at any time. The Diplomacy Lounge ® Events does not exploit any spam with its addresses.
