Champagne Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Brut 2014

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is the original Belle Époque vintage cuvée, first appearing in 1964. Instantly recognisable throughout the world, its bottle is adorned with the graceful spray of Japanese white anemones created for Maison Perrier-Jouët by Art Nouveau master Emile Gallé in 1902.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

EYE: A pale gold, clear and luminous, like the rising sun.

NOSE: Delicate aromas of fruit – vine peach and poached pear – and linden and hawthorn blossom.

PALATE: Notes of juicy vine peach lend a fine texture, complemented by poached pear and rhubarb.

The structure of this cuvée recalls the grace of the Carnation, an emblematic motif of Art Nouveau. Its notes evoke the delicacy of this flower.

Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque is a true icon – a rare and elegant champagne that celebrates the art of blending in the Perrier-Jouët style.
